0 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between windb ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual ("User", "you") who registers on or uses the services of the windb website windb.cam.

By creating an account on windb or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may hold only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be deactivated and bonuses may be cancelled. Multiple accounts created from the same IP address, device or payment method will be flagged as duplicates.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be completely accurate and up to date. windb may request identity or banking documents at any time for verification purposes. Withdrawals may be held pending if information cannot be verified.

1.4 Account Security

2 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

windb supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

2.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

2.3 Withdrawal Conditions

3 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

windb offers new players a 200% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (bonus amount × 20). Withdrawal from the bonus is not possible until the wagering requirement is met.

3.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• Bonus funds must be used in real money games; bonuses cannot be earned from bonuses.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be activated at the same time unless specifically permitted.

Players are promoted to higher tiers based on activity and play. VIP benefits may change at windb's sole discretion.

4 Betting Rules and Fair Play Policy

4.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game or market and are displayed in the game interface. windb may change bet limits at any time without notice.

4.2 Cancelled Bets and Incorrect Odds

windb reserves the right to cancel bets accepted due to technical errors, human mistakes or inconsistent odds. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

4.3 Finality of Results

For cricket, football or any other sports betting, we use the final result declared by the relevant international governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.) as the basis for settlement. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets are generally refunded, though different rules may apply in specific circumstances.

4.4 Manipulation and Fraud

Involvement in match fixing, software manipulation, use of bots, arbitrage betting or any other fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure and all funds may be forfeited. Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on windb:

• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor.
• Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Intentionally exploiting any system vulnerability or bug.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Harassment, spreading false information or hostile behaviour towards other users.
• Unauthorised use or copying of windb's intellectual property.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, windb reserves the full right to take appropriate action, including suspending or permanently closing the account and pursuing legal action.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.2 Closure by the User
